By accessing and using Me Against AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Me Against AI is a debate platform where users argue against AI opponents powered by large language models. The Service includes topic selection, multi-round debates, fact-checking, and AI-generated verdicts.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free and Paid Usage

• Registered users receive 1 free debate per week.
• Additional debates can be purchased in packs of 3 for $3.
• The Voice add-on is available for $1 per 3 debates.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI models.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or AI systems.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses from AI opponents and judges are generated by third-party language models. This content is for debate and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and all associated materials are owned by ROAR Creative LLC. Your debate transcripts belong to you, but we may use anonymized data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ROAR Creative LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
